Bring on 2013…

Well, ready or not, it’s almost here…2013! I have to say, that the past four months or so have been a bumpy ride for me!  With leaving one job (that provided the stability & consistency of a regular paycheck), diving full time into another, the insane level of business brought on by the holidays and … Continue reading Bring on 2013…

⌛️ I sold a home last year, where my seller almost waited “until next year.” She did it! 👏🏻🎓🍾💖 If you know of any companies looking to hire an extremely talented Graphic Designer, hit her up! 😍👍🏻 🌦️April was something… Ella Langley and her album Dandelion saved me…and this past weekend, I was renewed with a trip to my favorite place on the planet, the North Shore! We took our besties to all our favorite spots, in Duluth we enjoyed pizza and beer at Ursa Minor Brewing, ordered sandwiches from Northern Waters Smokehouse for dinner, had some gorgeous cocktails and snacks at Vikre Distillery, then headed up to Two Harbors where we had dinner and beer at Castle Danger Brewery, wandered over to Tipsy Mosquito for a couple cocktails before settling into our lake home at Superior Shores. Over the weekend we hiked Gooseberry State Park, enjoyed the sauna in our lake home, sat by the lake and enjoyed a fire amongst the rocks, had lots of charcuterie treats, drank our last bottle of Olaf the Stout from Hammerheart and our last bottle of wine from Italy (along with a few others) and just relaxed by the fire in our room and laughed late into the evenings! I will always love the North Shore and am constantly surprised when people tell me they either haven’t ever been, or haven’t been in awhile. Don’t miss it friends, it does the soul some good to see that big ol’ beautiful lake in person! ❤️ Spotless, meticulously maintained, and completely move-in ready! This two bedroom, two bathroom home offers over 1,500 finished square feet and a 2-car garage with sleek epoxy floors. Thoughtful updates throughout include Andersen windows, refreshed upper-level flooring, and newer stainless steel kitchen appliances. The upper level is bright and open, with vaulted ceilings and walks out to a 12x12 deck, with newer composite decking. The primary bathroom features a convenient walk-in shower and the primary bedroom is spacious and has a walk-in closet. Relax in your large family room on the lower level, with sliding doors that walkout to a patio, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. You’ll have a couple less things to worry about with the association-maintained lawn care and snow removal, giving you more time to take advantage of nearby lakes, shopping, and quick freeway access. Tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac, this home truly shines with pride of ownership from top to bottom! My sweet baby boy is 23 today! 🥹❤️ Looking back at some of these pictures tugs at my heart…he is one of the joys of my life and we love watching him continue to grow and are SO incredibly proud of him! Happiest birthday Dominic! ❤️🎁 🔥 The 8 things I would do IMMEDIATELY after buying a home in 2026: ☘️ Three amazing days in Ireland…not long enough, but as usual, we made the most of every moment! From the Cliffs of Moher, to the cutest AirBnB in Doolin, to a stop at Sean’s Pub - the oldest pub in Ireland, and time in Dublin wandering from Pub to Pub, listening to live Irish music and touring the Guinness storehouse. Plenty of creamy feckin’ pints and Irish coffees were drank, along with Fish & Chips, Seafood Chowder, Bangers & Mash, Guinness Stew and a few other delicious things along the way. ❤️ Ireland has my heart and I can’t wait to go back! This surprise “mystery” trip from our best friends was just what we needed! Thank you J & L! We love you! 🙏🏻💗 This is what 36 hours in Miami looks like! 😎☀️🏖️✈️🍹 Big thanks to our besties for another fun trip! 😍 Happy Sunday friends! 🇺🇸
